安裝調試步驟
(1)汽輪機處于*冷(leng)卻狀態下(xia)進行安裝、調整(zheng)零位;
(2)確定(ding)探頭的型號、靈敏度、測量范圍、零(ling)點電壓;確認TSI傳感器探頭、延長電纜和前置器,已經成套(tao)校驗;
(4)確(que)定軸位移(yi)的零點(dian)以(yi)及推(tui)力盤的位置---推(tui)力盤靠死(si)工作面(mian),點(dian)檢、檢修、監(jian)理推(tui)軸事宜三方會簽確(que)認;
(6)計算(suan)出安(an)裝電壓:前置器(qi)輸出電壓=零點定位(wei)電壓±理論顯示值×傳感器(qi)靈(ling)敏度,(±代表軸位(wei)移(yi)的方(fang)向);
(8)測量值比對;
(10)檢驗 DCS 顯示 ;
(12)固定支架.
智能位移傳感器維護保養:
1、變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang):每(mei)臺變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)每(mei)季度要(yao)清灰保(bao)(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang)1次。保(bao)(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang)要(yao)清除變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內部和(he)風路內的(de)(de)積灰,臟物,將變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)表面擦(ca)拭干凈;變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)表面要(yao)保(bao)(bao)(bao)持清潔光亮;在(zai)保(bao)(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)同時要(yao)仔細檢查變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),察(cha)看(kan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內有(you)(you)(you)無(wu)發熱變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色部位,水(shui)泥電阻(zu)有(you)(you)(you)無(wu)開(kai)裂現象(xiang),電解(jie)電容(rong)有(you)(you)(you)無(wu)膨脹漏液防爆孔突出(chu)等現象(xiang),PCB板有(you)(you)(you)否異常,有(you)(you)(you)沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)發熱燒(shao)黃部位。保(bao)(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang)結束(shu)后,要(yao)恢復(fu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)參(can)數和(he)接線,送電,帶電機(ji)工作在(zai)3Hz的(de)(de)低頻約1分鐘,以確保(bao)(bao)(bao)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)工作正常。
2、變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)傳感器(qi)(qi)日常(chang)檢(jian)查(cha):每兩(liang)周(zhou)進行一次,檢(jian)查(cha)記錄運行中的(de)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出三相電壓,并注(zhu)意(yi)比(bi)較他們(men)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)平(ping)衡度(du);檢(jian)查(cha)記錄變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)的(de)三相輸(shu)出電流,并注(zhu)意(yi)比(bi)較他們(men)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)平(ping)衡度(du);檢(jian)查(cha)記錄環境溫(wen)度(du),散熱器(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度(du);察看變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)有無異常(chang)振(zhen)動,聲(sheng)響,風扇(shan)是否運轉(zhuan)正常(chang)。
3、運(yun)行數據記錄,故障(zhang)記錄:每天要記錄變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)及電(dian)(dian)機的(de)運(yun)行數據,包(bao)括(kuo)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)輸(shu)出頻(pin)率(lv),輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流,輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)內部直流電(dian)(dian)壓,散熱器(qi)溫度(du)等(deng)參數,與合理數據對照比較,以利于早日發(fa)現(xian)故障(zhang)隱患。變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)如(ru)發(fa)生故障(zhang)跳(tiao)閘,務必記錄故障(zhang)代碼(ma),和跳(tiao)閘時變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)傳感(gan)器(qi)的(de)運(yun)行工況,以便具體分(fen)析故障(zhang)原因。
